Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct applies to all shareholders, company officers, employees, suppliers, contractors, and customers while on company property, on company time, at company-sponsored events and festivals, or as representatives of Moor Beer at any time.
Our Commitment
At Moor Beer, we are committed to providing safe spaces and welcoming, rewarding, and fun environments. This applies to our team, our customers, and any other persons who visit, attend, or frequent our business premises.
To advance this commitment, employees of Moor Beer must act with integrity and professionalism and lead by example by treating all others as they would wish to be treated themselves, regardless of gender identity, sexual orientation, disability (mental or physical), age, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, neuro(a)typicality, or religion.
Abusive, harassing, aggressive, or offensive behaviour towards others will not be tolerated. These behaviours include, but are not limited to:
Inappropriate or non-consensual speech.
Touching, gesturing, or posturing that causes offence or discomfort.
Coercive behaviour, where the behaviour is known or reasonably ought to be recognised as unwanted or unwelcome.
Zero Tolerance
We have ZERO TOLERANCE for: racism, sexism, homophobia, xenophobia, violence, or harassment in any way, shape, or form. Picture, video content, or language of a sexual or offensive nature is not welcome. We expect all people for whom this policy applies to act with integrity, courtesy, and respect for others.
Reporting & Enforcement

All reporting can be done anonymously or otherwise, and serious allegations of discrimination or harassment will be dealt with by an external HR company.
For Employees: Failure to act within the terms of our Code of Conduct will result in appropriate disciplinary actions and process.
For Guests: Failure to act within the terms of our Code of Conduct while on our business premises will result in being asked to leave the premises and may result in a lifetime ban.
