DELIVERY TIMES & COURIERS
We support local green bike couriers and are currently using Zedify in Bristol. If you order before 9am we endeavour to deliver the next working day.
For shipping to UK Mainland we use a 24-hour courier service. If you order before 9am we endeavour to deliver the next working day.
We can offer Saturday delivery to UK Mainland if ordered before 9am on Friday, this will incur a surcharge of £12.
Orders to the Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland have a delivery time of 2-3 working days.
During busy periods, orders may take up to three working days to dispatch.
Occasionally we may be unable to fulfil an order due to stock shortages or other issues beyond our control. In these cases, we will contact you directly to discuss.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders £45 and over to Bristol & UK Mainland will receive complimentary free shipping, with a charge of £4.99 applying to orders under £45. This excludes Cantillon & Tilquin & other glass sour bottles as these bottles are shipped in glass mailsafe boxes. Shipping for Lambic & Sour Bottles is charged at £7.50 for up to 6 bottles, £15 for up to 12 bottles and £17.50 for 13 bottles and over.
Shipping to the Highlands & Islands will incur a surcharge of £7.75 and will take 2-3 working days to arrive.
Shipping to Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Man will incur a surcharge of £9.25 and will take 2-3 working days to arrive.
Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified when you complete your order. Where delivery requires a signature upon receipt, all items must be signed for by an adult ages 18 years or older. Our courier will not deliver alcohol to any persons under the age of 18.
CLICK & COLLECT / PICK UP
If you live near our premises in Bristol or London, you can choose to collect your order for free by selecting the “Pick Up” option at checkout on the website.
Your confirmation email will contain the site’s current opening hours. You will receive another email when your order is ready to pick up.
We may be unable to serve you if you arrive outside of opening hours or haven’t received an email.
THE ORDERING PROCESS
As soon as your place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us, followed by confirmation when your package has been dispatched.
You will receive an email from the courier when your parcel is out for delivery. Please ensure to leave a correct mobile number for the shipping address if you wish to receive a text message notification.
If you are not home when a delivery is made, a calling card will be left with contact details for you to arrange another delivery. After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the goods will be returned to us, and an additional delivery charge may apply to redeliver.
Due to the nature of a brewery shop, we reserve the right to withdraw or replace products online without notice. Prices are also subject to change without notice.
