Extra Oak Barley Wine – A barley wine aged for 2 years in oak barrels at our Bermondsey Vault. The long maturation has allowed it to really develop, round, and acquire a tannic hit of oak to balance out the weight of the beer.
It’s also the first in a series from the Vault that we hand bottled (of course bottle conditioning) to allow it to continue maturing nicely in your cellar for however many years you choose. No one wants a dusty can, but a dusty bottle seems to have a bit of mystery to it, so grab some bottles while you can – some to enjoy now and some to age further.
Whisky Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Brett – A roasty Imperial Stout aged in barrel for 2 years with Brettanomyces and a further year in bottle to create an incredibly funky and rich beer.
Calvados Barrel Aged Old Ale – Harking back to Christmases gone by, we’re introducing another rare treat from our Vault, a two year old Calvados Barrel Aged Old Ale. Sitting elegantly in our new 375ml bottles, this is the perfect beer to drink by the fire at the end of an evening. And if you’re feeling generous, it makes an incredibly classy gift for your favourite beer lover (even if that is yourself).
Our beers are always unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised. Always vegan friendly. Contains Gluten. Store in a cool dark place and drink fresh at 12ºC. Products are subject to availability and may be replaced if unavailable.
